Privacy Policy

Last updated May 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TrakSolv.ai (“TrakSolv”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data of visitors to traksolv.ai and of people who create an account or buy our services. It covers data for which we are the controller. Data we process on behalf of our customers — the end-user event data flowing through their sGTM containers — is handled as a processor and is governed by our Data Processing Agreement.

1. Who We Are

TrakSolv.ai provides hosted server-side tracking infrastructure and implementation services. For privacy questions, contact us at arif@traksolv.ai.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information — name, email address, password (stored hashed), and company details you provide.
  • Billing information — processed by Stripe. We receive plan, subscription status, and partial card metadata; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Tool submissions — when you use the free tracking audit, the website URL you submit and the email address you provide, plus the generated audit results.
  • Usage data — log data, device and browser information, and analytics about how you use our website and dashboard.
  • Communications — messages you send us by email, contact form, chat, or WhatsApp.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal data to:

  • provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services;
  • create and manage your account, process payments, and provide support;
  • run the free tools you request and deliver their results to you;
  • send service messages and, where permitted, relevant marketing you can opt out of at any time;
  • comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse or fraud.

4. Legal Bases (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: contract (to provide the Services you request); legitimate interests (to secure, improve, and market our Services proportionately); consent (for non-essential cookies and certain marketing); and legal obligation (for tax and compliance records).

5. Cookies and Tracking on This Site

traksolv.ai uses strictly necessary cookies that are always active, and analytics/marketing cookies that load only after you accept them via our cookie banner. Non-essential tracking is set to “denied” by default until you consent, in line with Google Consent Mode v2. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the stored preference. For details on what each category does, see the cookie banner’s options.

6. Sharing and Sub-Processors

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run TrakSolv, under appropriate contracts, including: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), our hosting provider, and Google (server-side tagging image). A current list of sub-processors used to deliver the Services is maintained in our Data Processing Agreement.

7. International Transfers

We and our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA, UK, or other regulated regions.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here — for the life of your account, plus the period required for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. Audit-tool submissions are retained for a limited period to provide and improve the tool, then deleted or anonymised.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. These rights apply under regimes such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA, and Saudi Arabia’s PDPL. To exercise them, email arif@traksolv.ai. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

10. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, access controls, network isolation between customer containers, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

11. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product, and the “Last updated” date above will change.

13. Contact

Privacy questions or requests can be sent to arif@traksolv.ai.
